Mindie Paget

As Communications Director for the KU School of Law, Mindie has served as Sustainability Ambassador since the program was established.  She played a key role in developing the KU Green Office Program, which recognizes campus departments and offices that are making an effort to reduce environmental impacts and create a more sustainable workplace.  Mindie is a champion for sustainability in her department and played an integral part in the 2012 Lights Out energy competition.

Mindie summarized the importance of sustainability, "We leave indelible marks on our planet with the choices we make about the way we live and work. I feel a moral obligation to consider how my decisions will impact people around the globe – and the kind of world that children generations from now will inherit."

Coronavirus Update

KU Recycling and KU Surplus have resumed services. As part of our efforts to reduce an on-campus presence and promote social distancing, we will continue to limit special collections that are not mission critical. For updated information on KU's response to COVID-19, visit protect.ku.edu
